We will be completing some further Ground Investigation works to the beach at East Rhyl during the Week Commencing the 23rd of April.
The works should take one week to complete, and will involve excavation works undertaken by a mechanical excavator under the supervision of our Engineering team. Works will be undertaken during the working day, once high-water has receded and the works areas are exposed.
During this time there may be some areas fenced off for your safety, and plant will be operating on the beach. Please keep out of the works areas, and pay attention to signage installed, and safety advice offered by the team on site.
This exercise will build on our investigation works carried out in October 2017 and will help progress the detailed design of the new defences.
